In 2023, 59.1% of our staff identified as part of one or more equity-deserving communities including living with a disability, racialized groups, 2SLGBTQI+, and Indigenous communities. These demographics surpass Alberta’s averages, demonstrating our successful inclusivity efforts.

CET Accreditation

In June 2023, Prospect successfully underwent the Level 1 CET Accreditation survey, achieving a perfect score of 100%. This rigorous evaluation involved feedback from clients and staff, highlighting our effective use of arts and outdoors programs to enhance employment skills in our PDD program.
