DEI Training and Awareness:
We continued to further support workplace diversity by providing comprehensive DEI training for employers in the past year. Our forums and workshops, led by subject matter experts, offered insights and strategies for integrating persons with disabilities, military veterans, and supporting mental health in the workplace.
Partnering with Employers for Inclusive Employment: Inter Pipeline
A key aspect of our work involves partnering with organizations like Inter Pipeline to open up employment opportunities for underrepresented groups. Our client Andrew, now a proud employee at Inter Pipeline’s corporate office in Calgary, exemplifies the successful integration of people with disabilities into mainstream workplaces.
